Now Available: ہاسرج½»¨â€™s AI Billing Assistant

Alhamdulillah, we are excited to announce the launch of ہاسرج½»¨â€™s first AI Voice Agent, a new initiative designed to provide parents with faster and more convenient access to information and support.

When calling the College on 9407 7000 and selecting Billing Enquiries, parents can now speak directly with our Billing AI Agent, available to assist with a range of common enquiries, including:

  • Fee and discount information
  • Health Care Card and Pensioner Card information
  • Booking appointments with the Billing Team
  • Term dates and general College information
  • Secure access to current outstanding and overdue fee balances
  • Accurate prayer times from the College Masjid Board.

The AI Agent has been developed to provide quick, reliable responses while maintaining a secure experience for parents. Where additional assistance is required, callers can request to be transferred directly to a member of our Billing Team or Reception.

This pilot marks an exciting milestone in ہاسرج½»¨â€™s digital transformation journey as we explore innovative ways to enhance service, accessibility, and support for our community. We look forward to refining and improving the experience based on parent feedback in the coming weeks, in sha Allah.
